The pressure probe can be used mainly for analysing the physical and water management properties of soils suitable for agricultural production. The instrument is hand-operated, the mechanical resistance and moisture content of the soil can be recorded with its help. A screw-jack pressure unit is used to place the probe, ending in a steel cone, into the ground. The sensor's design enables it to send an electric signal proportional to the pressure exerted and moisture content in function of depth, upon penetrating the soil. The data logging unit of the apparatus makes direct readings, data sets and computer analysis of the results possible.

OUR WELL-KNOWN PENETRONIK CUSTOMERS:

Sándor Daróczi

Agricultural engineer

He graduated at DATE Collage Agricultural Faculty as irrigation graduate engineer. He specialised on the instrumental measure of irrigation, hidrometrie and soil physics. He worked at Irrigation Research Institute and DATE Agricultural Water- and Environmental Management Faculty. During his 40-year professional work 10 of his inventions were patented. Half of these reached 100 pieces in series production. His professional work was recognised by earning István Oroszlány commemorative medal.

Balázs Nádasdy-Nagy

CTO, CEO

Balázs is the manager of the production Penetronik. He specializes in technical implementation and the software development. The new instrument software applies his technical experience, making measurements faster and more precise than ever before. It is Balázs’s merit, that the instrument operates at a scientific standard with a 1% margin of error. He communicates with the clients, too as technical manager. The data management and data transmission protocol of the instrument is his merit, and he is responsible for the uninterrupted development of the analytic software. Thus the data from the new product are transferred to the processing software, which supplies analytic applications for scientific agricultural engineering and practice-based farmers.
